Servicemen honoured

SUSSEX Several members of the Sussex Fire Department were honoured at the 2008 banquet held April 25 at the All Seasons Restaurant.
Two new members, Mike Ness and Mike Lucas, were also sworn in that evening.
The following firefighters received awards:
Alan Taylor Five year pin
John Kincaid, Mike Winchester 10 year pin
Chris Carr 15 year provincial medal
David Fanjoy, David Proctor 20 year federal medal
Clayton McCullum 35 year provincial bar
Norm Welsh, Bill Wanamaker, Bob Candy, Tom Murray, Clayton McCullum, Clifford Kitchen, John Manning 25 year rings
Mike Hayes Firefighter of the year
Dan Keys Officer of the year
